Hillhouse International Business Park is the cornerstone of Wyre’s Industrial revolution and NPL have in the short space of five years helped raise employment from 400 to over 1200. NPL are moving forward with their sustainable development programme that includes a variety of residential, commercial and leisure opportunities to unite the community further.
In support of the local community NPL’s yearly donations were £2000 to the Bowling Club on Fleetwood Road North and in October bowling team members voted for the club to be renamed the Thornton NPL Bowling Club, £2000 to Thornton Cleveley’s Football Club and again, £500 for the Thornton Christmas Lights Fund with a further £250 for Joan Humble’s (MP) Christmas Card competition for the local children.
