- Carrying out routine preventative maintenance

- Managing ongoing and future obligations for any landfill site

- Monitoring of leachates, groundwaters, surface waters and landfill gases in order to comply with Environment Agency consents or conditions
- Formation of action plans to prevent any potential ‘out of consent’ situations
- Provision of labour to carry out routine scheduled activities and detailed reports to clients and enforcement agencies
Analytical Services
Provision of professional, experienced chemists to cater for:
- Sampling and analysis of air, water, effluents and soil.
- Brownfield site redevelopment projects/investigations
- Hygiene monitoring e.g. dust levels in specific workplace environments
Demolition
Provision of professional managers to cater for:
- Planning of demolition projects
- Conducting tender process in order to appoint approved demolition contractor
- Compilation of health and safety method statements/job specific risk assessments
- Compliance with all aspects of statutory legislation under CDM Regulations
- Any required involvement with HSE and local councils/planning authorities
- HAZCON Reviews and contractor team briefings
- Acting as planning supervisor for client sets
- Provision of all requisite health & safety documentation on behalf of client
Property Maintenance and Upkeep
